Shipping Policy and Information

Shipping

UPS is our primary mode of shipping.  If you have a shipping number with either UPS or FedEx and would prefer to use it we can willingly accommodate that for you as well.

Containers

All of our Half-Gallon, Gallon and 5 Gallon Hydrosols are shipped in HDPE Jugs.
Essential oils are shipped in glass for 8 oz and less. Large orders will be shipped in Aluminum essential oil containers.

Our carrier is UPS

Most of our shipments go out Tuesdays via UPS Ground.
If you wish to receive a shipment via FedEx please let us know in advance.  If you prefer to use your own account please let us know.
On smaller orders, usually less than 5 pounds we will compare USPS Postal Priority with UPS and ship via the best rate.

 

Refund Policy

We are committed to our Customers:

Please contact us immediately regarding any damaged shipment. We add insurance to our shipments and will send a replacement if possible or offer a store credit or refund.  If there is any problem with an order or product we want to hear from you.

Returns are not an option because we deal with perishable products.  We simply cannot restock an item after it has left our facility due to potential of contamination out of our control.

Preordering:

Preorder deposits are not refundable.  If your circumstances change we cannot offer a refund or credit your account because we contract months in advance against our preorders.

Crop Failure or Shortages:

We will keep you informed if there is a crop failure or shortage that prevents us from filling your preorder. You will be provided with the choice for a refund of any unfilled portion of your order, select a comparable substitute or credit your account.
